rosspoint Residential delivers 24-hour care and supervision for adults with mental health needs in a safe, structured setting. The program provides comfortable living arrangements, three balanced meals daily with snacks (including physician-prescribed diets), as well as housekeeping, laundry, and routine linen services.

Residents are supported with daily living skills, personal care, medication assistance, and coordination of medical and dental care, including transportation. The program also offers ongoing supervision, organized activities, community involvement, communication with families and care teams, and support with managing personal resources, all aimed at promoting stability, independence, and overall well-being. 

Woodside Residential Care Home provides 24-hour care and supervision for individuals with mental health needs in a safe, structured environment with comfortable single-room accommodations. The program offers three nutritious meals daily with snacks, including special diets as prescribed, along with housekeeping, laundry, and regular linen services.

Residents receive comprehensive support with activities of daily living, personal care, medication management, and coordination of medical and dental services, including transportation. Additional services include continuous supervision, structured activities, community integration, communication with families and support teams, and assistance with personal resources, ensuring each resident’s overall well-being, stability, and quality of life.

 StayPoint Residential offers residential services tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals with developmental disabilities within Sacramento County. This facility is licensed by the Department of Social Services and is a vendor of the Regional Center. The program provides 24-hour care and supervision in a safe, structured environment with single accommodations. Services include three nutritious meals daily with snacks, special diets as prescribed, laundry, housekeeping, and comfortable living arrangements with regular linen changes. Clients receive support with activities of daily living, personal care, medication management, and coordination of medical and dental services, including transportation. Additional supports include continuous supervision, planned activities, community integration, communication with families and agencies, and assistance with personal resources as needed.
